Design Consultation - A project manager and designer gather background information on your business, your target market and your goals. Based on this information, the designer suggests several creative possibilities for the direction of the site. You and the designer discuss the options and make creative decisions based on the best way to reach your target audience and accomplish your marketing and sales goals. These decisions will be reflected in both the design of the site and the navigational system that operates the site.

Color scheme/Layout – Siteomatic's designer will create up to four color schemes so that you can choose what would best represent your company or organization. Based on your feedback, the designer will produce mockups of the front page and one sub-page for your input. Once approved, these templates will be used to create every page on the site.

Fonts and styles – You can use your own custom fonts or choose from 14 possible fonts and styles to use throughout the site.

Logo Design/redesign – If you don’t have a logo or company brand, Siteomatic will produce two alternate logos for your approval.

Artwork/photo scanning – Siteomatic will scan up to 5 images, photographs or artwork per web page. The scans will include formatting, cropping and resizing if needed.

Revision – If, after you see the combined color scheme, site layout, design and navigation system – but BEFORE any sub pages are created – you don’t like it, you can completely change everything once for no extra cost. Subsequent changes will incur additional charges.

These are standard processes involved when you contract site design from Siteomatic. Our billing is based on a non-refundable start-up deposit of $150.00 and $25.00/hr for all work contracted thereafter. Monthly maintenance contract:
Siteomatic will maintain and/or update your web site for up to 1 hour per month. These updates include changing text, prices, fonts and colors, graphics and copyrighting - $25 per month.

Additional standard graphics - $10 each

Additional logo designs - $100 each

Additional HTML pages - $50 each

Adding items to a shopping cart - $10 each

Creation of animated graphics - $50 each

Integration of chat rooms, bulletin boards, guest books, reader polls, online quizzes, visitor hit counter - $25 each

Complete site revisions - $300 and up

Install and configure banner rotation system - $100

Install and configure mail list system:
This allows you to collect your customer’s email addresses through a web form and add them to a list for bulk-emailing. This can give you a quick and easy way to notify your audience of new products or news - $60

 

Install and configure Message/Forum Board:
This is a one time fee for installation, general set up, and includes full technical support for questions you may have on any customizing needed - $100
